The proposed duo brand Marriott TownePlace Suites & Springhill Suites is a 6-story 175, select and extended stay suites hotel with large indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
This comprehensive development is situated at the eastern gateway of Golden, BC. It is within a short drive of 6 Mountain National Parks a 2-minute drive to the established Golden Skybridge family adventure attraction, a neighbouring Canadian Mountain Holidays Purcell Heli Ski base, and a 15-minute drive to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.
The hotel offers a variety of amenities: an indoor pool, a spacious breakfast area, meeting rooms, luggage and sports equipment storage, and a large fitness gym.
With 175 suites, the hotel offers dual branding options, with half of the units having full kitchens.
