Kelowna’s population is growing and with it, the housing needs of students at the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO). Our four-phase proposed rental development is a proposed 1,000-unit community on 40 acres adjacent to the UBCO campus.

Tourism can’t grow and thrive without the people who live in these communities. We build housing that supports employees and residents, and we don’t do anything without the engagement, support, and partnership of local organizations. Complimenting our Play and Stay project, Ridge’s Live projects are thoughtfully designed, accessible, affordable housing for employees, students and the greater community.
