The 40-acre development, located in the City of Kelowna adjacent to the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO) campus, includes a 1,000-unit student housing / multi-family community.
The project is planned to be executed in four phases spanning a duration of 8 to 10 years. Its primary objective is to effectively address the increasing demand for student housing at UBCO and accommodate the rapidly expanding population of Kelowna, one of Canada's fastest-growing cities.
Phase 1 of the project includes the development of the first 100 units.
