Bridgewater is a mixed use residential and commercial project consisting of 2 parcels of land divided by Highway 97. 380 Harvey is located in the downtown core and is zoned for density that can support upwards of 40 storeys.  1746 Water Street has zoning that supports upwards of 6 storeys. The City of Kelowna previously assembled the land to create a gateway project for the city.
